- Instagram links: post and profile URLs you submit for engagement orders

- Process payments and manage your account balance
- Deliver engagement orders to the correct Instagram content
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation, account alerts)
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

We share data with trusted third parties only as needed to operate the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing (see stripe.com/privacy)
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Meta — advertising analytics via Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics
- Microsoft Clarity — session recording and heatmaps
- PerfectSMM — our engagement delivery supplier
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Order history is retained for financial record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time from the Settings page, after which your personal data will be removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request data portability.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
