By accessing or using EngagementSMM (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
EngagementSMM is a social media engagement platform that allows users to purchase Instagram engagement services including likes, views, saves, comments, followers, and reach. Services are delivered via third-party suppliers and are subject to their availability and delivery timelines.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Payments and Credits
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Credits purchased are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
If a service fails to deliver after payment, we will issue a credit to your account balance. Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate Instagram’s Terms of Service
- Submit links to content that is illegal, hateful, or harmful
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
- Resell or redistribute our services without explicit written consent
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
7. Service Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee specific engagement metrics or account outcomes. Results may vary based on Instagram algorithm changes, content type, and account standing. We are not responsible for any changes Instagram makes to its platform that affect service delivery.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EngagementSMM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
